This "company" is in fact not a company at all. You can search for it here, in a list of all registerd trade names in Canada and you will not find "Victoria Moss Removal" or any variation thereof.

In order to qualify for WorkSafe BC (WCB) coverage, you MUST be a legal, registered business operating in BC, which, if this "company" was, would come up in a BC Name Registeries name search.

This company is, in fact, taking leads for moss removal and other roof related home services and selling them for profit to inexperienced, unlicenced, and often uninsured individuals. These "lead buyers" are frequently people who have racked up a terrible track record in the industry and couldn't get business trying to market themselves on the web. They rely on the annonymity that lead buying provides to cloak themselves from being discovered.

The company has posted many fake reviews online to compensate for negative reviews it has received. Notably one review which has called them out on their fraudulent existence. The swindler(s), through side accounts (presumably fake), have tried to combat through counter-rating coments to encourage would-be victims that they are otherwise legitimate.
