Contract that these people send you states that upon termination or full payment of loan...yeah right loan, which as you can see in all the complaints with this company it never happens! You are to get your security deposit back within 30 days. Well, here it is 11/1 and I terminated on 9/18. Please all that have been taken by this company, please do all that you can to get this company reported for the fraud, crooks that they all are.

I see that there has been a couple of reports in the past week concerning this company and I have gone thru the same as reported from them. Victoria at Caswell Resources contacted me on 9/13 on being approved for a $5000 secured debt loan. She gave me the same as the other two complaints on here that I would need to send $692 to secure the loan- this was to protect against non-payment and so on. It would be deposited in an Insurance account to protect the lender. I had looked at the Better Business Bureau and the company was on the the page, but they weren't members, so I thought okay it must be okay?? Victoria told me that I would need to send the insurance deposit in order for the lender to process the loan. I sent the $692 and it was to be picked up from Roger Evans, which he was to receive on 9/17. Victoria contacted me and told me that my loan would be deposited on 9/17 that evening and in my account on 9/18. Well, on 9/18 it was not in the account.

I contacted Victoria in regards that the deposit was not in my account. She said that she would get with the lender and get back with me. Well, when she contacted me I was told that I would need to give another $692 to be able to process the loan. I told her that I have decided I would not want to continue with the loan and terminated on 9/18. She told me that the deposit would be funded to me within 30 days. Which is stated in the contract paperwork stating that upon termination or full payment of loan that the security deposit would be refunded within 30 days. WELL... here it is 10/31, I have not received the security deposit back yet.

I am very frustrated and furious about this whole process and want this company to be well know on what and how they do business. You will not get your money back from this company, they do not return calls nor answer, so unfortunately we all have been taken by this awful group of people and they need to be stopped!!
