Victoria's Bridal CHEAP AND SHADY UNPROFESSIONAL, CHEAP LOW QUALITY MERCHANDISE, RUDE, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY Phoenix Arizona

 I rented a tux here, and so did the entire party I was a part of.  1st off the quality of the suit was that of a halloween costume,  2 they refuse to give back my deposit,  3 the owner got physical with me when I tried to take my receipt and it ripped in half. The suit was a size 38 pant, large shirt and 36 regular for my 14 year old son who is a 30 waist, and small shirt.   I would never ever use this place and I warm every person that is even going to consider using this place. They had 8 months after the fitting my son went it for to have the suit ready and they promised to give me my deposit back but then refused when I dropped the suit off.  She yelled and screamed at me.  The women that were in the party all of their dress was not altered correctly then were told they would be charged extra to have them altered, or were told to wear high heels.  This place is horrible at customer service and the product is made extremely cheap it was not worth the $95 I paid. For everyone out there just know this is not the place you want to use for any special occasion it will ruin your special day
