In attempting to make payment on card in July 2014, I called Comeity bank to make payment on card account. They tell me its by debit card or checking card no credit card. So I give debit card info and still have to give checking account info and routing number huh? This was around first week of July. After 5 days, no payment made, they didn't attempt to withdraw funds. So I try to make payment online, it still doesn't go through.
They waited 2 weeks more to cancel payment so it could hit new month to add new late fees. First of all, they took my info first time around on payment. They had my info straight from my bank. Plus I made check payment earlier but yet they never took it off the check.
The service is bad and very shady. You can't trust their service.
I don't recommend Victoria's Secret card to anyone.
