Victorinox Sandro Exer, Customer Assistance Coordinator Wrote Bad Things About ME On Company Time & On A Company Email And He Researched My Private Life And Published A Copy Of Part Of A Review That I Published Several Years Ago Which Has Nothing To Do With Victorinox.

Do Not Do Business With Victorinox!          Monday, December 11, 2017     Back on Sunday, December 10, 2017, I wrote out a Very Serious Letter Of Complaint regarding my Swiss Gear Luggage that is Defective since the Handle will Not Go Up And Down!   I sent out my email to several executives from the three (3) different companies which are all under Wenger SA which makes these types of Luggage Products which includes (Swiss GearSwiss Army and Victorinox) because I did Not know who to send it to in the First Place!   Sadly, Sandro ExerCustomer Assistance Coordinator (sandro.exer@victorinox.com) (+41 41 818 12 11) wrote out a Very DisgustingOffensiveHumiliating and Untrue Message about ME and did he did Not Even Realize that I had received it as well!   He Not Only Did That, but he Wrote It Out During Company Time On A Company Email and he also Got Into My Personal Life during Company Time and researched one of the Honest Reviews that I wrote about a company several years ago and HE Copied Part Of It in his Email that also went directly to ME!   How Stupid Of Sandro Exer To Do So?   Can You Believe That Sandro Exer Could Do What He Did On Company Time and Get Away With It?   If This Happened In The United States or Canada At A CompanyHe Would Have Lost His Job Immediately!   What He Did To Me Is Illegal And Considered "Defamation Of Character"!   I have already contacted the United States Human Resources Office about him and forwarded his Disgusting Email Directly To Them for Further Action To Be Taken.   In Sandro Exer's Message, he said the following about ME which I have written out and I am also providing in the attachments.   On Dec 11, 2017 at 03:45 AM EST "Service travelgear.ch" <service.travelgear.ch@victorinox.com   Hi Calvin   I just wanted to make aware of the email below I just forwarded you that this customer can be very complicated.   Looks like he is a professional complainer in the internet   GoJet Airlines Needs Some Major, Drastic Improvements!   -AirlineComplaints.org<https://www.airlinecomplaints.org/showthread.php?p=283167   Anyway thank you for sorting out this case, as the customer wrote directly to our highest level of management.   Best regards   Sandro Victorinox Travel Gear AG     I personally hope that Sandro ExerCustomer Assistance Coordinator is Fired and/or Terminated from this company since what he did is in Violation of the Victorinox Company Policies.   If You are going to write something about a customer that is bad and/or untrue, then please do it on Off Company Time.   Obviously.   I would Never do business with Victorinox again!   Thank you.   Sincerely yours,           Howard Paul Shore Angry And Upset and Very Offended Ex-Victorinox Customer   /HPS Enclosures:  Please See The Attachments In The Reviews (Url Links) For Copies Of Sandro Exer's Disgusting And Offensive Letter, Along With A Copy Of My Original Complaint Letter About My Swiss Gear Luggage For Your Review And Further Reference.  If This Happened In North America, He Would Be Fired Immediately! Dear Mr. Shore,

At no point did we, Victorinox, mean to be insulting or offensive in any way. We regret the way your claim was sent to our licensee and would again like to sincerely apologise for this truly unfortunate incident.

Our employee did not mean to harm you, our customer, in any way.

Nevertheless, we will learn from this experience and use these regrettable circumstances to improve our level of service towards our customers and any future claims.

We would however, ask you to appreciate that we have done our utmost to rectify the situation. We replaced a 2-piece-luggage-set free of charge even though, only one suitcase was faulty as well as sending a Wenger Backpack and a Victorinox Winemaster knife as a gift.

We hope that you can recognise our effort to keep you as a loyal Wenger customer was successful and also accept that this case is now closed.

We would like to thank you for sharing your feelings honestly  and also mention that we can offer the most efficient and effective assistance when contacted directly via email (service.travelgear.ch@victorinox.com).
