I got suckered into buying a car as is. With in the first week it had electrical problems as well as needing other repairs. After complaining and sending me to a "hole in the wall" mechanic shop, I received a new radiator and brakes.
The electrical problem couldn't be fixed because they didn't see it happening. So as time went on, it got worse. I told him about it again and he said to take it back to their shop but when I did and the owner of the shop said that the car dealer, Brian Ball, said he wasn't paying for it and I had to.
I have 3 kids and have been broke down on the side of the road more than 10 times because the car will just cut off on me. I have had to replace the alternator and battery and it still cuts off on me.
Victory Lap is very well known for ripping people off and selling them pieces of crap cars. He has been sued in the past. I bought it as is so there seems to be nothing I can do but spread the word to save someone else from the trouble.

1. If this place had such a horrible reputation and has been sued--why in the world did you go there?
2. What did the mechanic say about the state of the car BEFORE you bought it?
3. How was the test drive BEFORE you bought it?
4. How were you 'suckered' into buying a car As Is? I assume you can read.
