Victory Perinowatch Watch was advertized as $5.86 5 weeks later I received a charge on my Credit Card for $96.41. Pacoima Califorinia

Victory Perinowatch was advertised as $5.86 for shipping this free watch. Five weeks later I received a charge of $98.41 on my credit card statement. When I called the vender I was told I had passed the return date and that I was scheduled for two additional watches which I did not order however she stated that she would cancel the order. The lady was Karen (988823). This was total false advertising. I know I should have known better but the advertisment looked and sounded so good that I thought it was a promotion for their watches. I have paid the $96.41 and the $5.86 but caution anyone using this vender to look somewhere else rather then to do business with them. The interesting thing I just noticed is the their mailing address is in California but my credit card statement shows NV.
