We have had a 3 year fight with the Vida Group.  We bought in 2011 at the Grand Mayan.  When we tryied to book in 2012 we had to fight to get in and then we got a first floor jungle unit (not what we were told when we bought).  Went to customer service to resolve and was told we had to go to a specialist.  We did that and by the time it was all over we bought an up grade to the Grand Bliss ( big mistake).   Were told agian that thing would be better and would be able to book rooms as long as we did 8 months in advance for Grand Bliss and 6 months in advance for Grand Mayan.  Well today was our 6 month date and we got on the phone at 7:00 am to book two weeks and after 1 hour on hold we were told it was sold out!  So, I have paid thousands of dollars and still can't use the unit I want when I want when I follow thier rules. 

They have seemed to over promise and under deliver yet again.  I have more to the sales pitch but it is just more of the same.

Well we did get contacted by the Vida Group on Friday.  They did call me back on Friday afternoon, only to tell me that they have not worked out any solutions for us and they would call back on Monday to update us.  Well it is no Tuesday and we have not heard back from them YET!  It is again more promises made and not kept.

I am starting to think the only way to fix the problem is to go there (not going to stay on grounds) and start screaming at check in about the rip off.  That should help with sales that week :).
