Vida Vacation Club-Bliss Resort 100 Yr contract does not registration profeco # riviera maya quintana roo Internet

My husband and I purchased with Vida Vacation Club-Bliss Resort in Mexico and have now found out with the help of family members that we were given two contracts, one for 10 years and one contract for 100 years.  We have now discovered that the contract for 100 years does not have a authorization number with Profeco and all contracts have to be registered with profeco before being sold. The only contract that is registered with a registration number is the 10 year contract.  We were told by the timeshare salespeople that we were buying the 100 year contract with 2 weeks and that they were giving us another week for a 10 year period but really the contracts say the opposite. The contracts say we are only buying what is registered for 10 years. these timeshare salespeople have not been honest with us! The told us we would own for 100 years but the contract is different. they gave us a price for 100 years of owning with them. If the contract is not registered with the consumer agency then by law we don't own anything after 10 years. The customer service who is attending us says that we cannot cancel since consumer law says that there are no cancelations after 5 days. But the company in our opinion has not followed the consumer law by giving us a contract that has not consumer agency profeco registration number. We will never go to a timeshare presentation again in Mexico which is a shame since my husband in Mexican and we did want to own in mexico.
