Vidah Motorsports Inc Godfrey Anodjo Ripped off by Vidah Motorsports, Inc and owner, Godfrey Anodjo Marietta Georgia

I purchased a luxury vehicle from Vidah Motorsports, Inc. in July 2014. After driving around with a temporary tag for 3 weeks, I went to the DMV to register my vehicle and obtain metal plates. The person at the DMV informed me that my vehicle never passed emissions and as such, could not be registered.

I followed up with the owner of Vidah, Godfrey Anodjo, who told me to bring the vehicle back in to Vidah. I immediately brought the vehicle back to Vidah and dropped it off for several days.

When I came back to pick my vehicle up, Godfrey told me wasn’t able to get what was needed and that he had to get an "exception". He said he would follow up and let me know in a week or two. He then placed a dealer tag (pretty sure some type of legal or ethical boundaries were crossed here) on my vehicle.

After a full year and a half of driving around with a dealer tag and an unregistered vehicle, along with continued unanswered requests for Godfrey to make things right, I finally went into Vidah and demanded they fix the problem with my vehicle and give me a loaner to drive while whatever necessary repairs were made.

It's now been over a year and half since I purchased a vehicle from Vidah Motorsports. I still have yet to hear anything from Godfrey or anyone else at Vidah. Instead of driving the luxury vehicle I purchased and that I continue to make a sizable monthly payment on, for more than a month now I’ve been driving Vidah's less-than-desirable "loaner" that has 150k miles on it, still sporting a "Test Drive" paper plate on the back. My vehicle continues to sit in the parking lot at Vidah Motorsports.

My demands to Godfrey and to Vidah are this: A) make the necessary repairs and return my vehicle to me immediately, or B) reimburse me for my monthly car payment until my vehicle is repaired and returned, or C) buy the vehicle back from me.
