Coupon sites are full of offers for great deals on Pet Meds from Vidals Pets (operating out of Austrailia). The company has a very nice reputable seeming website, full of guarantees and positive customer reviews, plus excellent prices and free shipping. This company once had a very good reputation. Sadly, the current owners behind this webstore are scamming increasing numbers of customers. Payment by credit card incurs a fee so the recomended payment is made via PayPal. Customer recieves notice of shipping estimates of 10 to 18 BUSINESS days. Product never arrives. Each inquiry is met with a stock email " Product should have arrived by now. We are reshipping"  but of course they don't. Eventually the time to file a dispute with PayPal expires. Result: Rip-OFF!  with no recourse.
