Is There Any Consumer Protection

VidCuratorFX is demining my purchase of their product, what ever happened to “Customer Service” apparently not with VidCuratorFX , if they do this to me then what will they do to you. Here is my beef I wanted to try of VidCuratorFX software to see if that their claim that the auto generated video component will help you make hundreds of videos with a click of a mouse. When I did that it just sniped images off of Google without regard to ownership said image property (this is another infringement issue that I will use as an arrow in my quiver, but for a later time).
But lets focus on the software gathering up any image with reckless abandonment to non-conforming images that you have to go through manually to select the right video pic (not even close to VidCuratorFX representation). Bottom line is this, the software nor does the company cares about the consumer, for pete sake their "Knowledge Base" is empty, not one byte of information.
The software is a scam, to get unsuspecting, inexperienced digital marketers to be separated from their money. Like a valet that states"Not Responsible For Damages To Property" because having a sign or displayed to " VidCuratorFX Purchase Policies" does not trump over "Consumer Rights" so I state" Buyer Beware of VidCuratorFX" Buy It And You're Stuck With It. Perhaps the owner is tired of giving back refunds from all the request that are similar to mine.

Refund policy is available prior to purchase

I totally get the feeling of being ripped off, but let's get real here. If the refund policy is posted prior to purchase, then it is up to us as consumers to actually READ that policy prior to buying it. From what I can see, your issue is not that the software doesn't work, it's that you decided you didn't want it. I believe you left out this section of your complaint: the software is not what I thought it would be and I have no use for it, therefore I am requesting a refund.
If you buy an item online on clearance that has a no return policy, you wouldn't be able to cry ripoff just because you changed your mind after you purchased it. In my honest opinion, you give consumers a bad name and this is why companies start raising their prices. You're costing support hours and raising hell because YOU failed to read a refund policy prior to purchasing.
If you have this much time on your hands, perhaps you should spend that time doing some research on what you purchase rather than having buyers remorse and blaming the company for your ignorance. And really what is this? A $20, $20, $40 dollar product? Would you have bought a $1000 product without knowing the refund policy first? You should really get a clue here and realize that you shouldn't take out your own decisions you regret on a small business that has been clear with their policy. Stop wasting peoples time.
