Video Computer Store, Computer Personalities Systems President George Capell dishonest money hungry ripoff liars victimized me Pipersville Pennsylvania

The Video computer Store , was really a case of deception at its best...They definetly took my money and ran.. I placed an order with the company via phone on 10/02/00 for an Everex computer pkg..PC_3716..

I was told I would recieve it within 3 to 6 weeks..When 6 weeks went by , I called to find out what the delay was, and when I could expect my merchandise..Especially since my Charge card had already been charged on 10/31/00..After an HOUR wait on hold, I was told they had no idea when I would get my computer..

Two weeks later, I got my monitor,and was overjoyed, thinking the rest of my stuff was only days away..WRONG..On Dec. 9th 2000, I saw an offer on the infomercial that said I could switch to a micron PC # PCm821 and if I were willing to wait till after Christmas, I would get $100.00 bonus as well...

Well I waited and waited and waited.. I held on the phone for TWO HOURS...that was unbelievable and still no computer..On Feb.12 2001 I finally recieved the computer tower..NO SPEAKERS..no printer, no scanner, and again after holding on the phone for ONE HOUR, no idea when or if I would get them..NEEDLESS to say my patience was exausted..

I had enough of a company like this, I called again .
telling them I was returning there merchandise,..that I did recieve, I planned to refuse delivery of the things I did not get, I wanted a full refund of the money that they charged to my charge card before they had even sent me the merchandise..and that I felt what they did was illegal..

I also contacted my Attorny General Darrell V. McGraw Jr.. and filed with the Pa .Bankrutcy court, when I heard they filed Bankrutcy, and filed a case with the Pa Attorny Generals Office..It is now Nov. 2002....Why is this man and this company getting away with all this..George Capell is hiding his assets to avoid paying the thousands of claisa agaist him..CAN'T someone do somthing????Why do the rich get richer????
