Like many who wanted to try this company out, I ordered just the "free" lessons. To my surprise, I got charged $189.95 for the full lesson. What should have red flagged this for me was the fact that I did not receive a copy of my order enclosed with the product. I got the RMA authorization and I'm in the process of returning it while also notifying my bank that this was an unauthorized charge.
If there is a class action lawsuit, count me in! It's time this guy pony-up to his bad business practices and this company should be forced to close! If they gave me the lessons that should have been free, I'd be fine.
But the fact that they sent me more than that and then charged me the $189.95, I'm not happy and will be fighting this until I get my refund! It shocks me as to how this company could still be in business. The government should have had this guy closed a long time ago.
