I submitted several cassettes to video Silo for conversion to DVD. I received the dvd's as well as the original tapes, and was relatively happy with the results. However, several of the DVD's were mislabled and also played ending scenes at the beginning.
I requested a correction via email and was given an RMA number of 305803.7
I returned the media as requested to the addresswith a UPS tracking #. Items have been signed for. I have yet to receive a response indicating the status of the corrections, and have yet to receive even an email confiirming anything at all.
I have left message at the corporat offices, and several emails. ZERO response.
I would be quite happy to simply receive my origianl media and the defective merchandise and a partial refund for the errors.
Any thoughts, Help!!!!

The company name that the consumer has provided on this report shows up on Google search when we look for our company, "Silo Digital".
Can you please do something, so that this report does not affect our business negatively? We are not related to the company that is accused here. We are not even in the same business, but when our customers and vendors search for us online, they will see this report.
