Hello I went to viewbot.net and purchased their services, I paid for 1000 twitch viewers subscription and added partnership fee and chatbot fee, leading up to a total of $99.45, the maximum price you can reach when purchasing their whole service and all one time fees for your subscription.
I downloaded their viewbot and it didn't work it didn't give me a single viewer at all even if I waited for a long time, their email support is not answering and that's all they have.
Not many payment options to choose from so I chose pay with card, the other option was pay with Moneybookers/Skrill and there's been no confirmation or anything, the status on their website says I have everything I need but the program isn't working and no one's answering.
On my credit card transactions it says Viking Hosting who charged. and I went to their website viking-hosting.net and contaced their email support and no one is answering, seems to be the same company with 2 different services, viewbot.net for twitchviewers and viking-hosting.net for hardware/firmware upgrades. I feel helpless and cheated. I want a full refund now.
