Viewed Local Media Charged for web site that was not what we wanted Winter Park Florida

Our company was cold called and the salesmen told us the Web.com was not a good company and they could do more for us at a lot less cost. Well this is what happened they called back after my wife and I decided to do the change we paid them 319.00 for the web site build and we had to wait three weeks for the web site to be built. Three weeks went by and they called we reviewed the web site and it was not what we wanted and told them to change the problems. The Mike Williams the web designer told us we needed to forward our domain names to them right away and they would make the changes the domain names were forwarded and the changes never happened and they charge our card another 49.99 for hosting a website that was not right after a week of calling every day and no changes being made and the domains not working and loosing students to a workshop the we teach and students wanting their money back thinking we were defrauding them we had to call it quits due to the loss of money and no one picking up the phones. After they noticed we move our domain names back with Web.com they called imagine that I told them they did enough damage to our company and to quit trying.  We now have our web site back up on web.com and it is working the same day I think Viewed local media has no professional people working for them and they don’t know what they are doing. They tried to make up excuses to why they could not do it. I paid after the loss of students $2068.98 for 2 Videos and 2 Logo’s I think this might be a record for this type of product. Please beware of this company and don’t let them tell you that they take care of the bad reports because people don’t stay up with the BBB report and the rebuttals well this is one cutomer that will!!!
