VIEWSONIC.COM'S "WORST" WARRANTY SERVICE TO FIX LCD TOOK 4 MONTS-AVOID!! Walnut California

I perches 23 Inches ViewSonic LCD from Officedepot for my computer, I paid $599.99 plus tax, monitor was good looking and I like it a lot, however 1 moth later it broke down so I sent monitor to fix it as it under 3 yrs warranty address: 2671 Technology DR, Loisville, Kentacky, 40299 I was told that it would take 7 days to fix it when I call to confirm that monitor was received by proper department. When 7 days pass I call to costumer service again T: (800) 688-6688 to get information when it would be ready, but no one knows where my monitor is, they even didnt provide any information NOTHING. When I ask for the Repair department phone number I was told that we cannot gave you this information now the contact phone number from domain name is for SEX by phone and they charge you $1 per min, Insane!!!! I will make this statement short and to the point!!!

When you decide to perches ViewSonic products think 10 times, they will never do good job, warranty suck as hell, you will get you product back not less then 3 months, also you will be responsible for the 2 way shipping fee, and you will not see you perches for a long time, when I research more about this company I find out that they %1000 China, im telling you my monitor didnt even work 2 months, broke. Dont buy from them, this is not crazy statement I face this problem and I want to save others ti not fell in to this hole.
Save your selfs from Monster and I know Im not only one..
