I saw an ad in the Minneapolis Star Tribune for a medical transportation driver. The ad said you could make over $1,000 a week net. 

I completed 5 steps Victor required and then he placed 3 contracts, totalling 25 pages in front of me. You are not given a chance to fairly or timely review these contracts. They lock a driver into a one year committment with Travelon Transportation, with a 60 day notice to quit, with every driver having to pay Victor and Travelon Transportation at least $625 a week, or about 30 hours of driving before making one cent. The charges are $250 a week for insurance, $175 to rent his van, $50 van maintenance fee, $100 dispatch fee PLUS 35% of everything earned over $300 as "a dispatching fee" paid to Victor's sister, Maria.

I worked 60 in one week and quit. Victor refused to pay me one cent and after waiting for my check three weeks, then claimed I OWED HIM $1,300.

After he refused to pay for another month, I finally sued Victor, his sister and Travelon in small claims court. He then counter-claimed against me and then claimed I owed him $9,000!

Finally 5 months after working 60 hours in one week for Victor, I got a judgement for $760. After all the time and effort I expended to get the money I was owed, it worked out to be about $5.00  an hour, or less than working at McDonalds.

Do not believe a work Victor Cernatinski says! He is a pathological liar who will say anything to get you to work for him and lock you into a contract as bad as involuntary servitude. 

Victor cares nothing about his employees. All he cares about is how much he can rip his drivers off. 

Avoid this man like the plague!
