Village Family Services of North Hollywood CPS Fraud - North Hollywood North Hollywood, California

These Social Workers work with the CPS Los Angeles County system.  These Social Workers claim that they do not have to follow Court Orders.  They also claim to not be under the jurisdiction of the Childrens Court. In addition to these claims, the workers on my case have refused to read the Court Order, refused copies of the Court order and refuse to follow what the Childrens Court of Los Angeles says.

These people claim they are there to "help you" get "reuinification" with your kid but only create more misery by asking you, the parent to take more classes and do more things that are nowhere to be found on any written legal documentation with the implied threat that if you refuse, they will tell the Court you are not in compliance.  

However, it looks increasingly more like it is these employees from the Village Family Services in North Hollywood that are in non-compliance with the Children's Court, refusing to read, follow and acknowledge that the Childrens Court oversees their agency.  This is part of the world-wide ongoing scam of CPS workers stealing kids for profit.  I am very interested in any lawyer willing to help me take my case to a national federal lawsuit that would find in common the written fraud that these CPS perps are doing to other parents and kids.  I have been keeping detailed written records, find that when these people are asked to provide specifically defined language to the Court, they scoff at the idea of putting anything in writing except to fabricate some other lie about me, the parent to the Court which lacks any evidence of any kind.  I am very interested in uniting with other parents going through this situation in the Valley area and am also interested in Federal action -- a Mass Joinder perhaps or a Class Action lawsuit that shows these CPS workers do not feel that they do not have to answer to the Court over their actions and their behavior.  Instead, they railroad the parent into having to pay for more classes, pay their friends through back door deals, keep cases open due to the double income they make from both the parents and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, which reimburses these people for each "loss" they allege to have when the reality is that they make in Los Angeles County alone, $150,000 per year per kid they keep in the system while not following the Court's orders, flaunting this to the parents.

I am very interested in joining a national lawsuit or in uniting with other wrongful separation cases in L.A. County - especially anyone currently going through such abusive treatment by the Valley Family Services  Social Workers.  Please email me if you are interested in pursuing a federal lawsuit of some kind which will hopefully gather a lot of support across counties and states to stop the blatant corruption ongoing by these Social Workers who think they are above the law and do not have to follow any orders by any Court.
