This is a typical Pyramid Scheme that literally baits you with sales techniques and they use you until all the money you earn goes directly to the Owner. Once you are high and dry and have literally nothing.... the company fires you for lack of production.
That is what they did to me and I have seen it happen to countless others.
Why did I stay?? Because of the Promise they would make me a multi-millionaire when the complete opposite was true. I literally lost thousands of dollars because of time lost. Not to mention meals I was not reimbursed for or travel expenses like gas and car maintenance.
Do yourself a huge favor and stay away and find a real company where time will be invested in you as an employee. Not an expendable statistic.

Not sure if anyone even looks at this page but I wanted to set the record straight. I am the author of the original report.
Although what I wrote is factual, I should not have written it. Vince Conley went out of his way to try and help me succeed in the business. It was my poor sales and public speaking that turned out to be my downfalls. I hope my post has not discouraged potential future managers. If I could erase my prior report I would, but this site does not allow it.
I agree fully with what another manager said --- the business is not for everyone. It just wasn't right for me.
