Vince Marold is a crook and defrauded our family. 
In 2012, Vince induced mutual family members that were in Hospice with Alzhiemers and Cancer to loan 50K money to him in a Convertible Securities Note into Dental Sticks Inc.  After 2 years, the family trust was supposed to get their money back or stock in February 2014.  All the family is familiar with his shell company movements and what happened with Kaboom Beverages and when we found out after the unfortunate passing, everyone demanded their money back.
True to form, Vince just “went dark” and ignored everything for a year and made the family sue him.  When he couldn’t postpone any longer and he knew automatic judgment was imminent, Vince paid the money back that he took by his manipulative and fraudulent means because he had no choice.  The scheme would have become visible to other investors, which he could not have happen.  We all knew that, and used the leverage when needed.   
We were lucky to get our money back for the Securities he sold a year after the due date on the contract that Vince himself wrote.  Apparently he came into cash by selling securities in a new company Dental Sticks Holdings without disclosing what was happening with the lawsuits.  Big surprise.  Open a new company to hide the fraud and debt in the others.  Vince is a crook. 
Be careful with this guy.  He has been violent (verbally and physically) and brags about shooting up with steroids.  He is a sociopath without any conscience of the fraud he does to his own family and he has been getting away with this in one company to the next for a decade.
