Viop Pro LLC Stole $36.95 plus 32.00 overdarft fee & 15.00 bank fee Las Vegas Nevada

My personal bank account was charged an e-check for $36.95, which I did not approve nor did I do ANY business with this Company. I have no idea how they got my bank account number but now I have put a stop payment on the account and may have to close it because of this. I did notice on 11/7/2013 that this Viop name deposited $0.01 into my account and then withdrew it. I sent a email to my bank telling them to block this but they said I had to fill out a stop payment form which I could download, well I could not downlod the form , so I forgot about until today 11/20/2013 when I tried to use my card and found out my account was overdrawn. I check my account and here was this e-check which I did not approve on my account. The bank has put a stop on it but I fear the money is already gone. I called the 800 number and they say they will put the money back in a day or so but again I have my fears. Once they knew that the account was good they just sent an e-check. The only good thing is that there is little or no money in this account so $36.95 is all they got, but if they get into a better account I fear they will wipe it out.. Be careful !!
