VIP Advantage Card - IcardServices They took my money and gave me 3 different "4-6 weeks" quotes Internet

I was a victim of ICardServices/VIPAdvantageCard as well as the many others! They do not tell you of certain things PRIOR to you filling out a form. I went to the site and filled out the form, but did not complete it once I saw the TOS.

I clicked off immediately but by then it was too late! They had already gotten all the information they needed. Which was my name, address, ssn, and bank information.

I have contacted their people 6 times. 3 times by phone and 3 times by internet. I have been told that my money was NON refundable after 3 days!!

What the hell? Three days doesn't give a person enough time to do squat! They took my $159 in the beginning of October. It is now almost February and I have yet to receive my card.

I spoke to someone earlier today on the internet, by the name of Mike and he told me I needed to fax them my ID/SSN and then they would reprocess my order. He told me my SSN was rejected in their system. The last time I spoke to someone on the internet in November, the girl did NOT tell me anything about my SSN in any form.

She asked me the same information. I gave it to her, and she verified it. She claimed that the reason why I had not received my card yet (back then) was because of my change of address.

That is BULL because there is a such thing as a forwarding address, which I got. So I would have received it. Now Mike is telling me my ssn isn't valid in their system all of a sudden?

I get back on 20 minutes after I speak to Mike and talk to a girl named Berina, and she tells me that it won't take another 4-6 weeks like the last 2 times. That it would only take 4 weeks. THATS STILL TOO DARN LONG!!! That would be a total of 16 weeks I have to wait for a f'ng debit card? DEBIT CARD!?!?!

And let's not leave out that by the time you actually get the card, its only a balance of $10. Let's review this. $159 total. $59 is not refundable. $90 processing fee and $10 that you get to keep all to yourself! What is the $59 for if they are taking a processing fee of $90? This company is the worst I have seen by far.

Do not believe a word they say! Trust me. Now I am minus $159 that I could have used to feed my cats or something. Don't let this happen to you! VIP IS A RIPOFF!!!
