10 day job turns into 3 month + Nightmare!
After recently moving into the area and hitting a deer I didn't know where to send my vehicle for repairs. This company caused a $6,500 job to end up with a final bill for repairs totalling almost $16,000! They managed to not only burn up/ruin my transmission but they also cracked my windshield. The owner of VIP Auto Body & Collision admitted to me that parts that should have been on my vehicle which I was told was ready for pick up, were in fact still in boxes on the floor when he returned from vacation. I was also promised that I would be reimbursed $200 for a rental car that was needed when my vehicle still wasn't done the second time it was promised, however, I have yet to see a check from them. But they did find the time to send me a letter demanding $55/day for inside storage while I tried to figure out what to do with this now depreciated vehicle. Even with my vehicle back I still have both body and mechanical issues that I need to have repaired elsewhere.
