VIP Auto Discount They blew my transmission when they put my radiator in Presque Isle Maine

During the winter storm my radiator blew because the fan was unplugged. My boy friend brought it to VIP to get fixed, As usual from prior business and the way i was treated I was very skeptical.SO that afternoon we called and the car was done. When I picked up my car I could feel it jolting every timeI stopped. SO I went to Bradleys to have my oil and transmission fluid filled because I thought maybe it was low because I never had problems at all with my transmission before.

When the guy checked it he said that it was full.So I thought that was really weird That it wasnt using any tranny fluid. SO I went to caribou to an appointment, All the way there every time I stopped it was slipping.I was like what the hell is going on here.

So As soon As I got back I wentto vip and said my car is jolting and reving up. I was wondering if it was the brakes frozen or something, THe guy at the counter stated" No its your tranny" THe guy who worked on it and test drived it said your transmission was gone. He stated we filled the transmission fluid.

I thought well no wonder thatmy fluid was full when I had it checked earlier, They never told me it was filled nor did they charge me for transmission fluid in which they charge for everything. SO I asked is it completely gone or is there some thing I can fix before it goes.

SO the young man wentout back and asked the guy who worked on it and came back and stated " no YOur tansmission is gone and we cant give you any other information because we dont work on transmissions. HE said to call d**k transmission I could get the best deal there. Iwent home and called and found out a price to fix my tranny would have cost me $1300.00I wanted to cry.

I have two kids and am currently disabled and I have no vehicle. SO a friend told me to call another garage in which I did. I brought the car over. Not to long later the guy from theother garage called me back and said that he was 99% sure that the pipe to the tranny got cracked when they put your radiator into your car. SO vip had my car towed back to there garage .

My mother then went in to talk to them because the last time I had problems I just got to frustrated to talk to them again. There were abotu 8people there she looked back in the car where the crack previously was and they covered it up.

THey all sat there and laughed and poked fun att he situation. As they had done to me several times before. THis time around I was not going to let it settle. I am going to have them fix the damage they did and may even sue themfor how I was treated. I wish to speak with the person who had the tire fall off in presque isle.
