I recently got a title loan on my 2005 Dodge Durango and came to find out that I was intentionally being scammed by VIP Fiance in Colleyville Texas. They knowingly and with malice intent to commit fraud, charged me for a monthly Auto Club policy of $150.00 for a services that did not exist. This company froguentally fabricated the existence of their Auto Club services solely with the intent to embezzle this fee. The front office worker informed me that in order to obtain a loan through their company, I would have to pay this fee or their lending services would not be available otherwise. Services promised by VIP Fiance included free towing, free additional examination of vehicle and mechanical repairs by Auto club a mechanic for a fee of $100.00 and part fees. In addition to said fraud, VIP Fiance both verbally and in a written contract lead me to believe the monthly GPS monitoring fees  I was being charged with was for maintaining this services. The GPS services VIP Fiance lead me to believe was real and necessary, was proven to be nonexistent and and the devices that were installed did not function as expected.

Lastly, a week after the GPS device was placed in my vehicle, the wires became unfastened and the panel which was taken off in order to install GPS device fell along with the wires and caused the vehicle to suddenly accelerate and almost caused me to reread the car in front of me. The installation was preformed by the front desk worker who may or may not possess formal mechanical training and in my opinion was not qualified to install this device judging by the quality of his work.
