VIP LOANS On line loans KANSAS CITY Kansas

 I borrowed $400 from the VIP Loan Shop on line. I paid my payments on time. They stated that if you wanted to do a payoff at any time just notify them two days in advance of the next payment.

I decided to pay them off and so I notified them from my alternate bank while sitting in the bank and it was 3 days prior to the due date. They said they would have to conference with my bank and I said fine so I hung up and they called the bank and my cell back and we did the conference giving them the routing and acct. number.

I told them not to deduct from my other bank to take it all that day from the bank with the conference call. They agreed. Two days later they took $230 from the other account and nothing from the one where the payment was set up so I called them and told them I was removing $230 from the pmt. at the conference bank, and to just take the balance to clear the account.

Two days later it was there and I asked why and they added another $230 interest pmt. because the balance wasn't paid. I said not to take the money from the account it was their fault. So another conference call because they said they didn't have the right routing and acct info.

Two days later they still hadn't done anything so I called again, and they said they couldn't use that bank that I had to do the pay off with a debit card with nothing on it but their balance including the additional $230. I refused and tried to pay the $400. They refused to accept it three times.

I contacted the BBB and that did no good. the following month they tried to take another $230. I had signed a stop pmt on additional interest pmts. They changed the amount by a dollar so it wouldn't flag my acct. so Igot that back.

Todays the bank paid them $650 out of my account and I raised cain and they said we can't get it back because they already paid it. I said I have a stop pay. The bank says the only way to stop them is to close this account and start a new account. I have direct depost from three sources. What a mess I just have to eat the $650 rip off from this company.
