VIP REWARDS bait and switch after they tell you you will recieve $200.00 in gas card S. Portland, Maine

When the woman on the other end told me my conversation was being recorded , that was okay but she never went over the terms again. She never told me I would have to mail gas reciepts to this company she told me I would recieve a $200.00 gas card in the mail. When I recieved there package with a paper card in it to mail back then I would have to mail all my gas reciepts back to this company and they would reimberse me. This is NOT what she told me on the phone. She also didn't tell me I would have to send the card back certified mail either.

Her sales pitch was I would recieve a gas card for 200.00 . She NEVER told me I would have to keep sending gas reciepts to them. When I recieved my paperwork I called the number again and was told by JOE that he was a supervisor and they would NOT send my money back. Very rude this guy was and I could tell just by his attitude that they do this all time to people......I spoke to Joe on March 18, 2011 I originally was charged the amount the same day I spoke with the lady and that was March 7, 2011
