Vacations In Paradise, Sunrise Vacation Club, Nitsua Marketing, VIP, Austin Shaw Ripped us off Fraudlant Company Made False Promises Promised a Refund In Writing Rip-off Collingwood Ontario Canada

My Lady friend and myself joined The Sunrise Vacation Club on December 22 2003,at the lower level of The Donato House Resort in Wasaga Beach Ontario where Austin Shaw had space rented to sucker people into VIP,Sunrise Vacation Club,all this happened after a telemarketer contacted us and offered us a mini vacation for a small fee if we sat through a time share presentation,4 hrs later,a lot of questions,a lot of promises made as to what this club offered,all on paper and initalled by the our host,Michelle Righetti and also initalled by Nick Gomes the Manager,I also had a 10 day back out clause written up personally by Nick Gomes who was acting as the manager of The Sunrise Vacation Club.

it basically said if in 10 days I found out this company had misrepresented any of the facts in any waythat were presented to us,we would be intittled to a full refund,he called this an "Schedule A",this was signed and initalled by Nick Gomes,Michelle Righetti,myself,and by my lady friend..and,on top of this all on paper, Nick Gomes personally reassured myself and my Lady friend, that it would not be a problem to get a refund if the facts were misrepresented to us, we were also promised an all inclusive Platinum Carribean Vacation,Air Fare and Port Charges all included as the bonus for signing today only...so.. a cheque was handed over to Nick Gomes,he asked me to make the cheque payable to Nitsua Marketing ?? for the sum of $6950.00,and,they also took a swipe of my credit card,in case the cheque was no good! Ya Right!We all know who the rip off artist is!
I get back to Kitchener and start checking into VIP,The Sunrise Vacation Club.

I checked there web site,checked the BBB web site,found out VIP had many unresolved complaints,there were many people with complaints of VIP,Sunrise Vacation Club not honering the promised cruises,and,not delivering on the promised luxury vacations at 5 star condos,and of course,after finding out the truth about VIP,Sunrise Vacation Club,I emailed Austin Shaw,VIP,Sunrise Vacation club a dated letter,I also mailed the same letter to VIP,Sunrise Vacation Club,asking for my money to be refunded back to me,no one ever had the decency to reply or call me back,I left messages on there answering machines,no one ever answered the phone,I got the BBB involved,they sent letters to VIP,Sunrise Vacation Club,no one replyed back to the BBB or returned any of there calls on my behalf,

after 3 months of frustration,I filed a Fraud occurance report with the OPP in Collingwood,they informed me that they are investigating VIP,and some thing was going to happen soon,I was told that this was definetly a Fraud,and they were investigating VIP and Austin Shaw,last I heard,Austin Shaw was charged with Public Fraud,I received a letter from the OPP in Collingwood stating that this would not get my money back,I was told I would have to file a civil suit to recover my money,so,add my name to any class action suits that are upcoming,I'm still out $6950.00,and,I still want my money back from Austin Shaw,Nitsua Marketing!
