Viper Moving and Storage Total Bait and Switch lied to me Rip Off Sacramento California

If I could give less than 1 star I would.  Do not use this company! They lie, don't return emails or phone calls.  They do bait and switch with the quote you are given.  I have in writing via email from Serena what I was suppose to pay at pickup and what the ttl would be at delivery and they charged me $840 more.  I even told Serena I was on a tight budget and would need to keep cost down and she told me no problem.  Serena the customer service rep who set me up pushes emails on you to get you going she was very persistent, quotes you and then once your done with her she disappears and she even told me my stuff would be delivered within 4-7 days which was another LIE took almost 30 days and the customer service dept kept giving me the run around then wouldn't answer my calls until I blocked my number. 

The contracted delivery team even told me they have to clean up their messes all the time and the delivery drivers weren't even given the right info for my move.

 This company is a huge scam and they take you for a ride.  The pick up team refused to take some items that were on my org packing list, brand new items that cost me over $300 The main guy was pushy and pushed me to sign paperwork and then threatened me if I don't he would take his men and leave.  They know they got you by the short hairs because you are already packed and ready to go.  They also damaged some of my stuff and now I have to file a claim and am sure that is going to be hell to go through as well.  I have asked for money back and that I should only pay the quote I was given and signed for and they have refused.

There are so many people they have done this to and they really need to have a class action brought against them and they need to be shut down!!

There are so many bad reviews on this company and I wish I would have seen them prior to having them move me.
