 Well when i got the hair everything was ok then 3 DAYS later my hair started to matt and started to be dry so i was like okay 3 DAYS not even a week and this hair starts to do this and note that i did not put any HEAT, CHEMICALS, OR ANYTHING IN IT.!!!! I would braid my hair and pin it up EVERY NIGHT just to make sure my hair is good and i used a silk blue scarf. So of course i emailed her and let her know all of my problems and Note that I PAID $192 for this hair you guys.!!!! And she kept asking me did you take care of the hair.? Did you do this or that.? Trying to drag me alone and i told her yes i did take care of my hair i did nothing wrong to it.!! But 3 days REALLY.?!!! Come on.! Of course they hair say 100% virgin hair.! NO.!!!! Nothing but synthetic fibers and its sad i paid $192 for it and then i asked her could i just have my money back please literally begging this woman for my money back and you know what she says.? Well we can only give you 15% back.! Wtf.? But you website says and i quote " guarenteed 60 days or your money back" i didnt even have a week.!!! So i told her ok i will take the 15% but then i realize no.! This is wrong so im still going to fight for my money back.! They are SO WRONG PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY MAKE SURE YOU RESEARCH GOOD and then they tried to give me a free bundle ON MY NEXT PURCHASE.!!!! Wtf did you just say to me.?! But hey keep it classy. There isnt any way that they tried to give me a free bundle from the s**t i just went through with this hair.??!!! Im not about to purchase s**t
