Virgil's Automotive and Diesel Virgil's Auto Admittingly FALSIFIES AUTO RECORD REPORTS! --- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Rip off artisit in the local community. Paid twice to have the same fule issue repaired; a repair that was personally guaranteed by the owner. Upon the third visit to the shop the owner LIED ABOUT REPLACING PARTS on my truck, and REFUSES TO ISSUE A SERVICE RECORD!!! I was yelled at, insulted and treated horribly simply for requesting that the guarantee of service be provided. This owner and the business in whole are unprofessional, unqualified, rude and untruthful. Lake Havasu City Arizona

Avoid at all costs!!!! This business and the owners are willfully untruthful, FALSIFY AUTO SERVICE DOCUMENTATION, lie about parts having been replaced, and have gone so far as to state that the owner is more than happy to falsify a statement to POLICE!!! Have paid twice for the same fuel issue to be repaired; a repair which was personally guaranteed by the owner. Upon experiencing our third issue within less than 2 months with the same fuel problem, we requested that the guarantee be honored and the vehicle again serviced for a third time. We were told that we would have to just 'wait until they got around to it' to have the vehicle fixed. After 2 weeks we were told that repairs had been made and the vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Upon requesting a receipt for the service done to my truck I was told that we "are pretty needy" and essentially laughed at. After calling back again to ask whether or not a receipt would be issued detailing the service to my truck I was yelled at, screamed over on the telephone, and hung up on twice. It was in this second phone conversation that I asked if police presence would be required to peacefully pick up my vehicle, when the owner, Virgil, stated that he would happily lie to the police, stating that his shop assumed the cost of the tow of my vehicle under the guarantee and would then state that he left my truck in his dusty lot untouched for two weeks....yet still adheres to the idea that repairs were indeed made. They are unqualified to finish the repairs on my vehicle and simply can't get the story straight. At this moment we still don't know if our truck was ever brought into the shop, though we were told much differently by the owner and his wife. Avoid at all costs!!!! These people are in no way interested or capable of repairing your vehicle properly. Many reputable shops exist in Lake Havasu City. This is NOT one of them. If reading this, I encourage you to research the complaints made about this shop online, as there are several.
