Virgin Gaming I GOT SCAMMED, DID YOU? Internet

Hey everyone. You can call me Mickey. I have the PS3 gaming console and I LOVE the NBA 2k series. My favorite 2k was the 2k11 when they had crew. Those were the crazy days. Well now since they dont have crew anymore I started playing on virgingaming. For a while I have been quite busy and took a break from games until the NBA 2k13 $100,000 tournament caught my eyes. Here is how it goes.

Players compete head to head in a lobby for a span of 4 days. The goal is to get enough points within this time frame and become top 16 on the weekly leaderboards. If you win you earn 3 points. If you lose you earn 1 point. There are 4 chances to become top 16 because every week has its own brand new leaderboard. In other words, you get to start fresh.

If you make the top 16 you then get a change to play in a bracketed quarter-finals, which would take place every week at the end of every tournament. Having said that there would be a total of 4 16 bracketed quarter-finals. Once the quarter-finals are finished there would be a remainder of 4 winners. 

Each winner of the quarter-Finals would play each other in a semi-finals bracketed tournament. Leaving a remainder of 2 players who would get to play there last game in Houston,TX or the grand prize.

Now here is were my issue comes into place. I started to play in the third week of this tournament  called POSTERIZED. I stayed up late, woke up early, and lost many hours of sleep so I can guarantee a spot in the top 16 of the leaderboards. All my hard work payed off when I saw my name ranked number 4 on the leaderboard; on the third day of this 4 day tournament. 

When the tournament ended my name was no where to be found on the leaderboard. I messaged virgingaming customer support about the issue about 5 times a day for at least 1 week. Sometimes i wouldnt get an answer but when I do get an answer it it different from the other rep that answered. They have accused me wrongly of things where; when asked for the proof they are unable to provide any and they ignore me.  It has been the second week and I am still waiting on responses.

I am writing this because I feel that virgingaming cheated me. I played fair and worked hard for that spot. I provided all the proof and evidence that shows that I was in the number four spot and they continue to ignore me. I have a witness as well. 

I just want to be treated fair and have a fair shot at the grand prize.
