I have been a customer for almost three years as the service could be used at home as well as traveling and this met my needs and then in July 2013, service became so slow that I was repeatedly call customer service regarding issues.  They are using Sprint towers and because they oversold product, Sprint can not support system and can not add enough to keep up...but they keep taking your money.

Customer service always in another country will lie and tell you anything to get you off the phone.  Outage, escalations, going to be fixed by a certain date - never happens, but they continue to take your money for a service they can no longer provide.  I had already made the decision to find another provider which I have.

Last straw, when I last called to complain and stated I was not going to pay any more money for a service I could not use, the agent told me they would give me some courtesy time and was so sorry etc.  Howwever this was not true, what the agent did was flip my account over to automatic payment and charge me for the next month service without my authorization.  They no are telling me after lie after lie, that because I used the service they would do a refund.  They can not understand or don't want to, that what I used was the courtesy time I thought I was getting and I did not authorize any payment.

I have spend more time and aggravation trying to get them to issue a credit.  All you will get is more lies and the run around.  I have finally filed a dispute with my bank, should do that immediately instead of thinking they will do what is right!

You can not get a phone number for the main office which is in London, KY or an address...you are just looped and looped...normally my rule of thumb, if no corporate information I will not do business with a company.

The service is a ripoff and these people will tell you anything to get you off the phone.  Whatever you do, do not leave your credit card information on the account page.

I am so furious, I am going to contact the State's Attorney and the FCC regarding this company and see what kind of class action suit might be filed.  I am not the sharpest tack in the box but I know when a company is cheating you and someone will direct me what to do...I hope others follow with my suggestions in their states.
