I was a customer and did not receive even one phone call.  I'm not too bitter towards the company since it was my decision to give this company a shot.  I researched and thought everyone should know what this company is about.  I should have researched before I even signed up! I highly suggest you do the same.  If you're okay with a company pocketing 2/3 of the $ you pay them to be placed on google, then I recommend this company.  Impressions mean nothing! They do not convert to sale! DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Then call both companies.  Tell them you want to sign up, and view both companies contracts.  Ask both companies if you can speak to the manager.  You'll get the same person either on your first try or second. Heck, try calling the operator.  It's probably the same person who'll answer it every time.

They used to have the same address for both companies in culver city, but it now looks like they're renting another space for royal tech so people don't ask questions.  I made the calls to both companies and all the employees were working from the same office! What happened to not creating competition by offering exclusivity? 

View both companies BBB info.  A rating on BBB means nothing.  Anyone can pay to have an A rating.

This guy likes to scam every where! It seems like they have a hard time keeping their employees too.  I was with the company only 6 months and changed account reps twice!  Ask the salesman who called you how long he's been there and ask for 3 of his clients he has worked with personally for at least 6 months.  

I was told by the salesman who sold me that they have an in house research team and it takes 4 hours to do the research.  I researched adwords and guess what? Anyone can do it within 10 minutes max. https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal  Taking more than 2 days, or even one day, just makes you wonder, is there really a team or is it just one or two people doing this on the backend? 

They say they're a small company that offers exclusivity. But according to Jamie, he owns multi million dollar companies (in his own words in the forum)  Even if he sold all US cities, is his profit margin so high that his companies are generating millions? 

I made the huge mistake of not researching before signing up with a company that's cold calling ME.  It seems like they prey on those who don't know better.  Please do yourself a favor and RESEARCH! (before going with any online company)
