We were building a new home rented a home from Virtual Homes Realty. We thought we rented a home that was in working order. We had to fix the pool panel, hot tub, pool light, lawn irrigation, towel bars falling off, vac sweep, ice maker, kitchen faucet broken, drawer slides broken and AC.

Virtual homes did not fix any of these things. Actually refused too. We fixed and moved on. When we got to end of lease and was moving into new home, they would not schedule an inspection with us until two weeks after.

We were not offered to be present for this. I was told deposit would be coming within thirty days. I received my deposit over a month later and they actually charged me for cutting grass and pool care and in their words. "extraordinary cleaning" in the amount of $450..

All in total, $600.00.. I would recommend everyone reviewing rental companies, stay away from this one!!
