I purchased a program advertising a rebate processor work at home position. After reviewing thie program, I decided it was something that didn't fit with my desires. Their documentation says that refunds are given to dissatisfied customers. I have emailed them five times and am yet to have a response from them.
There is no phone number for customers to call or I would have called them.

This is why I am writing this report.
