watch out when dealing with fred v. this is the guy that will send you a totally wrong item knowing that pay-pal cant force him to pay for shipping it back. you see vis has a freight discount when it comes to shipping, so when he charges you for lets say shipping a bumper from vis to you it will cost in the neighborhood of 100.00 dollars.  when he sends you the wrong bumper its gonna cost you 1300.00 to send back. so you see the trap. he knows that pay-pals policy cant force him to pay for shipping so you pay 1300.00 to get your 2 or 3 hundred dollars back. he could and will ship you anything and you are stuck with it. pay-pal cant even help. i talked to fred and he just starts talking in circles. he says (oh im sorry i cant work with you since you talked to pay-pal) he also says ( drop the claim to pay-pal and ill see what i can do). buyer beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!  he actually kept my money. meaning i actually lost the price of the bumper and the price for it to be shipped to me.  ($335.90). i asked fred v if i could speak to the manager fred says (i am the manager) . i then asked to speak to the owner, fred says ( its owned by private investors) . i guess the point im trying to shed light on is that if you send this company your money and fred v is working there. there's a good chance that your money is as good as gone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
