Visa Paypower Metabank Paypower Holding Scam Internet

Second time a company that I have never worked with magically made a signature purchase through my Visa Pay-power debit card. The first time was for roughly $163.00 and when I called Visa Pay-power services was told they had no idea what or when this transaction took place. 30 min later the balance was magically gone. Second time, again this is a company that I have never heard of or had a transaction with. This is roughly for $20. Called Pay-power services and once again there has been no resolution to this matter. Was told I need to fill out a dispute form and they send me a check in the mail. Pay-power services phone reps have to be the worst phone reps I have ever dealt with. Ever!
