VISA RUSH CARD TAX REFUND BEING HELD Nationwide

Hello My name is Shavon Bailey PLEASE HELP, I recently file my tax return on january 15,2008 and also applied for rush card so my return can be applied to the card. after applying was told that there was no account info they could give me to give to my tax preparer, that i had to wait for the card fine so i then had my tax refund sent to my sisters rushcard account my refund is there now in my sisters account, but they will not post it, it is on hold because they said it would have to be in my sisters name. i have my card now and spoke to a manager (carmela) and was told it would transfered manually to my account, it was not, so I was then told before they could do this I needed to fax in my social security card and ID and 1040 forms. OK so I did that, they have recieved the documents and still have yet to post it. they keep putting me off everyday by saying it will be posted for sure the next day this has been going on for five days nothing yet, I am on the verge to being homeless because my rent is past due alot and was waiting for my taxes to catch up now landlord is saying he can only give me to January 28.2008 to pay and I have to go i have inform the custer service reps and managers at rush of my situation, what is the problem its my money i faxed in all of my documentation still nothing when i asked for supervisor now i am either put on hold for a hour or the call is dropped then they say someone will call me back and dont, I call them back and same story with hold call or dropped call please someone tell me what proper procedure to take in this situation. I feel like they are robbing me. thank you in advance
