Visalia Skin Care BIG SCAM!!! Fountain Valley California

I fell for the convincing anti-aging skin cream.  I called to order the product and was informed of the roughly $9.95 charge for the trial, which I agreed to.  Shortly after I received the products.  I've been traveling so I never had the chance to even open it and try it.  Then I received my credit card statement which showed a charge of $89.95 and $85.95 I immediately called the company and was told I passed the 15 day trial period and was charged the product cost.  This was never mentioned in our phone order.  I informed them that I still had the product and it was unopened and am willing to mail it back for a refund.  They refused the offer and stated "it was a valid charge and no refunds can be issued" over and over in our entire conversation.  By the way, they also automatically will withdraw from your account if you don't specify that you want that part cancelled.  All I can do now is dispute this with my credit card company and file a complaint with BBB.  

I hope a civil lawsuit is brought against them to shut down.  It's no different than stealing.
