In march 2002, I purchased a new computer system. I thought it was a dream (not). I received this system in march, the shop at home network, they make it look so good on tv.

they say, every thing is preloaded, all you have to do is plug it up(reah right)... everything on the computer was not loaded. the first tower I reveived would not ever start. after receiveing the first bunch of boxes, I had to send the first tower back to the company, and it took me another four weeks just to be able to turn it on.

On tv, they say the digital lifeline would and could fix any thing that went wrong with the system. (no way). Once I got the computer going and I started having problems (the first week) I had to try the lifeline. my computer would lock up for no reason and none of the programs would work properly. I got a responce from the life line saying i needed to contact them by phone. I did. they said they needed to send a new disk driver

I got it and it would not work. so i called them back and they told me i needed to contact the software maker. they would help. to make a long story short, one would tell me to contact the other and i went around in circles for a week. and still no help

I had problems with the camera and some guy on the phone told me to disconect it and do not use it any more. they would send me an rma. didn,t happen.

I had trouble with the scanner and printer.. called them. they said, get the serial # off the devices and e-mail it to them. I did. so they could send me information on returning it. now i can,t get any one to talk to me about it..

the system crashes two to three times aday and i still can,t get any one to help. it has made me so mad at times i wanted to shoot the darn thing. when i did get to talk to a person ont the phone, i could not understand them, they would not talk in a language i could understand. right now i am having trouble with the system and can not get help.

It is enough to drive a person mad. Recently my system crashed completly. think i could get some help? no! the recovery disk they send you is for experts only.. you have to have a phd in computer tech. to understand it. I have tried to send it back to v2premier and they keep telling me to try one more thing.

in the agreement they will let you send it back in the first 30 days. but they don,t tell you it will take 40 days to contact them and get a responce. this is a bunch of crap..

can,t get help, can,t throw it away because it cost so much and it is getting to the point i can,t use it.. they keep sending me notices asking me to get extended warranty but why would i purchase that when i can,t get them to honor the first year.

2300.00$ down the drain. this is not right and i hope some one can do something about it. I hope this letter will make someone stop before buying this product. I discourage any one from buying it. it is not worth the money. and it will cause many many headaches
