Visible Changes ripoff, bad service, poor employees, left without service, sad, rude, mean, lost money, fired good employees, hairstylists, ruining lives Woodlands Texas

Visible changes is a ripoff now. I have been going to this salon for years and never in my life have I experienced such poor service and explanation of why half of their quality hair stylists are missing.

I visited the salon and was looking for my normal stylist and was told she had mysteriously disappeared and that the salon could not contact her. Excuse me? Does this mean she is invovled in a missing persons case? Sounds more like she left your company, because of your dirty salon and poor customer service. The lady at the desk was rude to me and when I scheduled my appointment with a new stylist I was told I had never scheduled the appointment when I arrived on time. The huge chick at the counter told me off and said her manager was too busy to help me.

When I finally did get my hair done I left with a lopsided haircut with broken pieces falling off my hair. I went to the manager and was told my hair looked just fine and I should be happy any stylist had the time to do my hair. She then charged me 160$ for my lopsided haircut that had possibly burnt and ruined my once healthy, happy looking hair.

This is the first time I had been charged over 100$ at this salon. Between the dirty seats, terrible smells, and poor service I have decided that this salon is a ripoff and should be avoided at all costs!
