VisiNow Inc. Visinow promises but doesn't deliver Houston, Texas

VisiNow promised us national keyword advertising in Yahoo and we were promised targeted leads to our website based upon specific states and demographic elements.

VisiNow stated our Yahoo program was operational. However, we found that while they stated it was live nationally, it was actually only live in California and Texas. When confronted on this they said that was only for testing purposes.

Over the course of nearly a month, after repeated telephone and Email conversations, VisiNow failed EVERY audit where we were able to test from various locations throughout the United States to see if the ads promised in Yahoo were in fact appearing there.

We ran three different stats systems during the course of the campaign so that we could triple verify the results. VisiNow claimed to have delivered thousand of website visitors when no such event occurred. Our stats systems are some of the most reliable available today.  At first VisiNow blamed our stats for false numbers but when they learned we were running three different stat systems that all agreed -they "suddenly" discovered problems on their site that were supposedly being corrected.  VisiNow said they would fix these problems but then took no further action.

Because VisiNow stopped returning phone calls and Emails, we requested a refund. They did reply to that request and stated they would not provide a refund because we requested it before their trial period was completed. This is in spite of the fact that during phone conversations, before signing up with this firm, they promised that they would gladly refund our money for any reason at any time should we be dissatisfied with their services.

We pushed for this because we were nervous about doing business with this firm after finding several scam reports here at ripoffreport.com.  VisiNow claimed that all of these reports had been resolved and that the customers were now satisfied.

Don't make the same mistake we did.  Save your money and do your own keyword advertising.  You'll have tighter control and get better results.
