Another HOA Rip-Off Scam Company.  Vision Community Management will be glad to take your money but don't ask them to perform unless it's their idea.  Don't ask for any documents pertaining to your community because they won't give them to you even though you own them and the state law mandates that they must release them.  It's a classic case of the tail wagging the dog.  Once they get you to sigh the dotted line, your property becomes their property.  Theu act as if they own everything and begin telling you h*e the cow will eat the cabbage.  If you object or ask for something that they don't think you should have they will threaten you with quiting. 

Before you think about handing over your association's money to these control freaks, read all the complaints about their poor service and conflicts by searching the Internet under Vision Community Management reviews or complaints.  Then take your Association ant its money and run to a ligitmate comunity management company.

I have had similar issues with Vision Community Management.  If you have a complaint they hide.  They will tell you that the person you need to speak with is unavailable.  I had problems with a neighbors trash and mattresses being placed by my back door.  These mattresses contained bed bugs and were infested with roaches.  Their own employees refused to pick it up and they refused to pay the city to come out and pick it up.  Their suggestion was to wait until the next quarterly pickup.  At their annual meetings they have absolutely no financial docs.  As a community there is absolutely no transparency.  We have no idea how much they charge, how much they pay their vendors or whether they manage our money responsibly.  Every time I have had contact with them they lie.  They will tell me they have someone on the way or pest control is coming... the list goes on and on.  I could write a book with the list of ways they are incompetent.  They will tell you they walk the properties but they don't.  On their own website they say they provide a weekly report detailing what they have done.  I have yet to see one weekly report since they have been managing our property.  I think they would be better served to rotate their managers from time to time so that they stay sharp and keep vigiliant about the properties they manage.  In almost any successful company managers are rotated to keep them from getting complacent and lazy.  This company keeps the same lazy managers in the same properties without any sort of accountability to it's residents.
