 First off this company has a bogus customer service line that takes and hour to get through to somebody.you really gotta think hard and pay attention. I had found this website my.visionprepaid.com Google.com I guess it was all just a scam. They said I needed to get my social security card birth certificate, bill in my name , drivers license another other proof of who I am... i faxed the info days ago to that fax number, no response. I keep calling customer service and they keep telling me the same thing I get forwarded to the "supervisor" on the floor such b.s she tells me they did not receive the fax. The system doesn't show it ... They said its not there problem to notify me of my account being frozen and until I provide that info along with my greendot moneypack receipts from all loads on the card my money will be frozen ... Is there something I can do. Contact bbb or visa..? Someone tell me something this is so b*******
