we bought five cell phones trough them (the simi valley store), we were with t-mobile but we felt that they were unfair with us since they did not sent us any of the rebates they promesed, althoug we were very ponctual with the payments, so I (mrs Alfaro, who was not on the original contract) asked Bryan the manager or owner of the store to look for another plan similar to the one we had but with another company. he checked the computer and found out that we had one early termination fee on one of the five phones but he promesed to take care of when I'd get the bill. also my husband had recently ordered one brand new phone from t-mobile .they told me to take that phone to their office but they never gave a frametime.
when We got the bill from T-mobile ,two early termination fees showed up, plus the cost of the phone my husband ordered and that I took it to their office for wich they gave $50 dollars cash without saying that with that basically I was selling the phone to them.
I called bryan several times for them to take care of this problem ,but he finally called me back to tell me that he was trying to help me asking T-mobile to wave the early termination fee (the one that I supossedly had) and for the other one I should pay miself since it was as a result of me not sendind the phone back in time. since he was just trying to help me out because he was very nice and T- mobile would not accept any of this petitions I was the one responsible for it and I had to pay for it.
I really consider this as a scam , a big rip off , misleading clients that put their trust in them and beleave everything they are told ,to find out at the end that they had been taken for a ride and get their credit damaged because the salespersons do not disclose all the facts when making the sale. this is not the way to do bussines and I am requesting to put on this company or to this individual whatever it is necesary to stop this rip-off. if you need more information or anymore facts , please give me a call at (818)943-8942.

Due to this post intermittingly appearing on search engines for nearly a year we have decided to post a rebuttal. I would like to first point out that this is the only reference on this site of a disgruntled customer in connection to our company. Which after being in the same Simi Valley location for nearly ten years and expanding three additional locations, this says a lot about us and our integrity.
Our customer Ms. Virginia did purchase wireless equipment and service through our company. However, the picture that she painted is not correct. The situation was dealt with in a timely manner and several hours on her behalf were spent taking care of her billing problems. To address the specifics in this situation would be finger pointing and we feel that it would be inappropriate to spell out the challenges we encountered with our customer. We offered several amicable remedies that were quickly dismissed by our customer Ms. Alfaro. It is unfortunate that she feels our solutions were not to her satisfaction, and we are sadden that she felt the need to post unfavorable information about our company.
Our company is registered with five chambers of commerce in the five cities we have a presence in. We are also involved with Rotary International in Moorpark and Santa Clarity (CA), as well as several community School Athletic, Music, and Performing Arts programs.
Recently our company President Mr. Brian Angel received business man of the year from the City of Moorpark and has been honored by several charity groups for his continued support of worthy causes in our communities. Mr. Angel serves on the Advisory Committee for Flory Academy of Science and Technology. He is also a board member for the Jewish Life Center and serves on the president's circle for Moorpark College.
Vision Wireless is an annual sponsor of the American Cancer Relay for Life event where Mr. Angel also takes a turn walking during the fundraiser. Additionally Vision Wireless supports the Boys and Girls' Club in Moorpark and Simi Valley and the company has an ongoing $10,000 pledge annually to Moorpark High School. Our family-owned company has also donated $25,000 to the Jewish Life Center.
It is my hope that based on the above it is clear to the readers of your site that we at Vision Wireless have always and will always have our customer's best interest at heart. We may offer the services of all the major wireless carriers, but we represent you the customer.
Sincerely,
Jim Embry
