I heard an advertisment on the radio for Epiclear and I figured I would use it since my wedding is coming up in a few short months. I placed my call to the company and ordered my FREE TRIAL. Well it's not free b/c you pay for shipping and handling.

When I ordered it she said for $17 you can get it shipped to you with in 3 business days. Well I received it a week and a half later. On the insert it says to use the product for 7-10 days to see results. Well I used this product for 20 and my face looked horrible. I broke out with zits more than I did before I used it.

I collected my paperwork for this product with the intention of calling and cancelling my order that day. Well to my dismay when I returned home from work that afternoon I had 6 more bottles of Epiclear sitting on my doorstep. I immediately packaged them up and sent them back with their invoice stating that I refused to pay this amount that was "AUTOSHIPPED" to me and if this situation wasn't resolved I would contact the better business bureau.

I received my credit card bill in the mail yesterday and again to my dismay I was charged the $164.90 for the auto shipment.
I have yet to contact the Better Business Bureau.
