My initial report was created earlier this year as the result of the abovementioned named company and individual contacting my company regarding work and then refusing to pay for the work completed. It's been 8 months now and still they have outstanding debt with my company. I have sent countless emails with no response. I have made several phone calls again, with no response.

Kim Petty supposedly in early September promised to pay the outstanding invoice, not including any late fees via Paypal (e-check), which as anyone knows takes an initial 3-5 working days to clear. After 10 days Paypal itself canceled the transaction stating there were no funds in the bank account that their Paypal acct. was connected to; therefore, again promising but not delivering. (making her just as much a liar as he is)

After deciding to add all charges due from the initial bill, after Charles Petty signed/dated a legal service contract agreement, to include all late fees taking this debt as a loss at the end of the year, not making any more contact; just weeks ago in October I received an email mysteriously while in the Atlanta area from a so-called assistant to Charles/Kim Petty offering me money to pay the initial invoice amount, again not to include any late fee charges.

It was stated they would make two payments by specific dates either by cashiers check or Paypal but only if I would agree to remove my Ripoff Report from the Internet. I responded to that email stating only after I received payment due in full would I even consider the thought after all they had put me, my company and my staff through this entire year; but not until every dime they owed me was paid. I haven't heard a word from them since via email or anything else.

No payment has been made, no more attempt to get in touch with me has been made and just recently I've been contacted by others who have been swindled by Charles/Kim Petty and their bogus companies. Honest people who believed what they were saying and are now out thousands of dollars for trusting them.

Charles/Kim Petty and all their fake company names listed online with bogus addresses and phone numbers show and prove him to be a fraud and a scam artist. You'll certainly regret having anything to do with them I guarantee it. They cannot be trusted. They use people. In my honest opinion they are thieves and liars. They make promises they don't keep. They use people. They will get caught and everyone they've cheated will see to it they pay for what they've done and continue to do to people.

Since the original report was created I have made even more attempts to get paid for the last invoice from the project of March 08' with no success. I've had contact with the owner's wife. She's made promises to pay, but it's September now and still nothing. In a saved email she promised to pay and sent an e-check for this now 6 month outstanding invoice and Paypal canceled the transaction because after 3 attempts they found there was no money in the account, with which to pay. What does that tell you.

I've contacted several individuals after finding people they've partnered with for other projects and have rec'd emails from those people stating also that Visionary Publishing and Kim and Charles Petty are scam artists and they will never have anything to do with them again.

I received information that they owe every VA they've ever used money for work, which they refuse to pay for and even someone who paid $5,000 for one of their scam programs online. They took this poor woman's money and she never received anything and they have made no contact with her.

They are all over the Internet you can Google the company name and each individual and everything you'll find is a dead end. I've had law enforcement call me to tell me every address I've filed small claims court paperwork under is bogus. None of their listed phone numbers are valid and even now a few of their email addresses have become invalid.

These are lying thieving individuals and you would do good to steer clear of anything that has their names on it. I have proof, signed documents, emails to prove everything I'm saying.

BEWARE, they are unprofessional, scamming fraud artists that will use you, steal your time and your money in some cases and then they're gone like the wind you'll never hear from them again.
